The HSPN joined with GBCATCH (Greater Bristol County Attleboro Taunton Coalition to End Homelessness) and the HSPC (Fall River’s Homeless Service Provider’s Coalition) and hosted a virtual training session on Medicare on August 9, 2023 as part of its Resource | Training Series.

Matthew Dansereau, engagement Coordinator with the Dartmouth Council on Aging and a SHINE (Serving Health Insurance Needs of Everyone) Counselor presented a variety of Medicare topics including:

— Basic Medicare A, B, D

— Medigap information

— Medicare Advantage (C) information

— Public Benefits Help for Medicare Costs

— How to qualify when you are 65+
