The City of New Bedford has conducted its annual “Point In Time” (PIT) count that creates a census of those individuals and families experiencing homelessness within the city, both sheltered (living in emergency or transitional housing) and unsheltered (on the streets/in places not meant for human habitation). HUD ANNOUNCES NEW BEDFORD COC AWARD!

At its August 15, 2019 membership meeting, the New Bedford Homeless Service Providers Network (HSPN) voted to update its Policies and Procedures document (available here:HMIS POLICIES PROCEDURES.2019 FINAL) as well as its Governance document (available here: HMIS GOVERNANCE.2019 FINAL) that guides the HSPN's use of data.
