The Draft MA-505 (New Bedford) Continuum of Care’s 2023 CoC Collaborative Application, the Project Priority Listing and the final version of the ranked CoC Project Applications are now available for review at the following links:

This material is being made available through the CoC’s HSPN website from Monday, September 18, 2023 through 10am on Thursday, September 21, 2023 (during the regular CoC monthly meeting) at which time the HSPN membership will be called upon to discuss and vote whether to accept (and therefore proceed with) the materials constituting the intended 2023 submission posted here and provided to the CoC.
All CoC Project Applications were approved and ranked by the CoC in a vote on August 24, 2023. Those project applications will additionally be submitted as part of the total application package to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development along with the CoC’s approved Collaborative Application and CoC Priority Listing. Please note that no applications for funding were rejected. An unranked application for a Planning Project is also being included in the total application package.
It is anticipated that all of the CoC-approved materials will be submitted to HUD on Sunday, September 24, 2023 in advance of the September 28, 2023 deadline. The final CoC Approved Collaborative Application materials will be posted on this website page once adopted.
